​How Do I Place An Order?

Since amazon is our only platform, all payments will be processed by amazon directly. If any questions with payment, you will need to contact amazon customer service.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We have a 30 day refund policy. We will accept returns (excluding fees related to the transaction and shipping/handling) of unworn, undamaged items. Buyer will be responsible for shipping item back to seller.

We will be responsible for defective and damages cause by shipping. We need a photo of damaged item for reference. Once that is received, we will refund your order in full or send a replacement

We also have 30 warranty period. If your item breaks within 30 days of purchase, I will send a replacement. A photo of broken item is needed for reference.

Sometimes usps tracking is inaccurate and tracking will said package is delivered when it is not. we will send a 2nd package as replacement. However if second package is showed delivered but customer did not get it, we will not ship third package.
